Pure Audio is the Premier Audio/Video Retailer and Custom Installer in Mid-Missouri: Servicing Columbia, Boone County and Neighboring Communities.

In December 2013, armed with a business degree from Columbia College and an insatiable appetite for music, Judd Lafrenz purchased Pure Audio. In the years since, Judd has gotten married, fathered a son and made it his own personal mission to outfit local homes and businesses with the best audio/visual equipment available. Sound matters to Judd, and he knows it will matter to you, too, once you see what’s possible when you partner with Pure Audio.

We specialize in both residential and commercial projects and carry a variety of top-of-the-line brands that allow us to design and install a unique system built specifically for you.

Pure Audio was established in 2006 and our knowledgeable team has more than 40 years of combined experience in consumer electronics. Each member of our team has a particular background that provides us with great perspective in the design and implementation of every project.
